Kohl feather I am a college athlete and, like many others, have experienced muscle aches and strains. In the past, I used Biofreeze and other similar products to help hide the pain, since they were suggested by friends. When I discovered Formula for Athletes, I decided to try it because it claimed to help heal strains instead of masking the pain.
Even after the first use, I immediately felt a difference. Right away, I felt an intense cooling sensation in the area where I applied it, which made it much less painful. The biggest change I noticed was the relaxation it brought. I did not realize how tight my muscles were until I tried this product.
After only 10 minutes of applying it, I felt my muscles begin to relax. If you know anything about running, you know relaxed muscles are key to being fast. This product is amazing at helping you recover, especially from muscle strains, which many people deal with. I cannot recommend this product enough.

Anonymous I love this product. i spray it on my quads and hamstrings before every workout and race to loosen my muscles. I’ve used Icy Hot in the past and this product lasts longer and the sensation is deeper. I would recommend this for anyone who has tight muscles before a race or, if you feel the lactic acid creep in during the race. I also use it for my lower back when I have occasional pain due to a previous injury.
