Is CBD legal?
Full-spectrum CBD distillate is legal under the Farm Bill of 2018 with the understanding that the THC level is at 0.3% or less. Our product has been tested and is fully compliant under federal guidelines. Please make sure you research your own state’s laws before purchasing.

How is The Formula different from other CBD creams?
The Formula was meticulously developed by a licensed and experienced herbalist that combined extensive knowledge of Chinese Medicine with the clinical experience of CBD products. What is the difference between the cream and the liniment spray?
The cream has added ginger oil, which makes it more warming. The spray has more menthol and camphor, making it more cooling and penetrating. Smaller joints usually feel better with the cream.

Can I use this on my child?
The Formula for Pain is recommended for children 12 and older.

How often can I use it?
It is recommended to apply up to 4 times per day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take 2 to 3 business days to process and ship, then approximately 3-5 business days to arrive.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

What if The Formula doesn’t work for me?
You can contact us at info@theformulafor.com within 14 days of receiving your product for a return. We will email you a shipping label to print. After receiving your return, we will refund you the full amount of the product minus a 10% restocking fee.
